For Pinhous, I designed a real estate iOS app that provides custom search capabilities based on interior features and allows homebuyers to curate a vision board for home styles, to provide Custom Property Recommendations and Personalized Content to help them buy a home faster.

Context

Online home search is a tedious process. Homebuyers spend an average of 10 weeks in online home search. In an age of hyper-personalization, recommending properties that match the homebuyer’s tastes can bring this time down significantly.

The Solution
